5 dates, seeded and halved
1 rounded tbsp 100% natural unsweetened cacao
2 tsp of virgin flaxseed oil
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
½ cup of toasted Trufflebert Hazelnuts
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
Do not worry about removing the skins from the hazelnuts after roasting. They are very healthy for you.
